SINGLE ORIGIN CHOCOLATE TASTING
A tutored tasting of all SIX of our 70% cocoa Single Origin dark chocolates: Uganda, Trinidad, Madagascar, Sao Tome, Venezuela Caracas and Venezuela Rio Caribe. Includes tasting of roasted cocoa beans, with a full explanation of our Bean to Bar process.

CHOCOLATE AND CONFECTIONERY TASTING
A large selection of chocolate is available for tasting, including plain, flavoured, dark and milk chocolates, as well as one of our confections such as nougat or DV Thins.

Get your hands dirty with chocolate!
Guests will learn how to make truffles – from preparing a ganache to piping and rolling the balls, coating with tempered chocolate and dusting off in various ways.
Each person will leave with their own box of 9 truffles (3 different types).
Duration: 60 minutes

Chocolate Truffle Workshops are available from Monday to Saturday, 10h00 – 11h00 and 15h00 – 16h00, provided we have at least 3 days notice and a minimum of 6 guests per class. Maximum 12.
After enjoying the chocolate tastings, you will have a good idea of what you would like to take home. Our full selection of chocolate bars, confectionery and truffles is available from our shop.

DV CAFÉ ROASTERY AND ICE CREAMERY
At our cottage cafe we roast our own small batches of coffee from single origins and single estates around the world.
Our baristas strive to serve the perfect cup and love to show off their latte art skills.
To accompany your coffee we have a mouth-watering selection of freshly baked cakes, tarts, brownies and muffins, all made by our talented team.
Then there is our natural homemade ice-cream, made in the DV kitchen using our own chocolate and coffee and local produce like fresh strawberries.
Definitely no added flavourings or preservatives.
Flavours include: Chocolate, Espresso, Vanilla, Strawberry, Peanut Butter, Rum and Raisin, Caramel and Mango Passion Sorbet
